Join our DBT Support Group for enhanced emotional regulation. We introduce new DBT skills each week, focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Open to all, it complements individual therapy

Yoga For Mental Health
Introducing the Yoga for Mental Health series with a focus on trauma. The class will include demonstration of yoga poses and share how each pose is related to mental health. Breath work will be incorporated and the class will allow to time to take note of the experience and develop mind body awareness.
