Pam Sripada

Clinical Director

Pam's clinical expertise includes trauma-informed care, substance dependence, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She has experience in court advocacy, specifically as an expert witness for domestic violence cases. She holds an advanced certificate in alcohol and drug use (CAADC) and completed IMAGO training for couples therapy. She most recently received a certification in EMDR to advance her education in trauma informed care. Pam is well-suited for clients with complex PTSD that typically coincide with co-occurring disorders involving both mental health and addiction. Pam’s treatment approaches include: CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, IMAGO, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, trauma-informed, emotionally focused, attachment-based, stages of change, and somatic interventions. Pam’s primary goal is to provide ethical services that meet the standards of the NASW code of ethics including: treating all clients with dignity and respect, maintaining confidentiality and trust, establishing a strong rapport that can create space for the implementation of transformational interventions.

Danielle is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor who has been practicing for over 10 years. Danielle earned her Bachelors degree from Western Michigan University in Sociology, specializing in Social Work and Criminal Justice, and earned a Masters of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University with a graduate certificate in nonprofit management.

Danielle is trauma informed, strengths-based, and draws from evidence-based practices to facilitate intervention strategies including CBT, DBT, ACT, addressing substance dependence, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Danielle works with clients struggling with grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, navigating the legal system, life transitions and self-esteem.

Danielle provides a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. Danielle believes that every person has the capacity for growth and resilience, and works alongside clients to help develop practical tools, gain insight, and build confidence in overcoming obstacles towards meaningful change and improving overall quality of life. Danielle’s goal is to help clients create lasting positive change by tailoring treatment towards an individual’s unique self-identified needs and goals.

Deondre utilizes CBT and restorative practices, however, Deondre also utilize other modalities to treat a wide range of concerns and to introduce coping strategies to aid clients. Deondre also conducts family therapy with a specialty in ethnic and minority families.

Judy Goldsmith, MSW, LMSW has been a therapist for over 30 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Mercy College of Detroit and a Masters of Social Work degree at Wayne State University. Her style as a therapist is eclectic…as each client has individual needs and what approach would work best for them is highly individualized. Judy specializes in working with couples, helping them to figure out how to find their way back to each other and also figuring out if that is the best option for them and their family. She believes in the sanctity of the therapeutic relationship and approaches clients in a non-judgment environment.
