
Domestic Violence Support Group
Description
This support group is specifically designed to assist individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic violence. It provides a safe and confidential space to process trauma, understand the cycle of abuse, and rebuild self-esteem. Participants will engage in psychoeducation on abuse patterns, boundary-setting, healthy relationships, and safety planning. The group is facilitated by trained professionals with experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. Survivors will also be connected with resources such as legal support, shelters, and mental health services, fostering a holistic approach to healing and empowerment.
